This is an on-site position for candidates based in Brighton. You will receive high-quality training by our dedicated training manager, and work with colleagues from all corners of the globe (Brighton, Spain, Germany, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Find and speak to technology professionals for specific roles with our existing clients, using methods such as headhunting via LinkedIn, posting on job boards, and utilizing our best-in-class database.
- Research client roles by mapping industries, new technologies and new sources.
- Begin to bring in new clients into the business, and develop those relationships.
- Frequent trips in London / Brighton for company events at exciting venues and restaurants.
- Company holidays that have included New York, Chicago and Miami!
- Competitive basic salary, large average deal size, and excellent commission structure to ensure your work is rewarded.
- Part of a tight-knit team in Brighton, resulting in quick progression.
