Key Requirements: 14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities. Extensive Salesforce experience as an Enterprise Architect. Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience is mandatory.
12 years of PSS experience is acceptable. Good to have GDS understanding. Proven experience designing and optimizing business processes and integrating processes across disparate systems. Experience with CRM/Salesforce solutions. Strong experience in business process redesign, roadmap planning, multi-cloud implementations, target architecture, and transition architecture. Ability to assess business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce 360 and CRM strategy/roadmap development. Ability to work with complex business requirements, design and configuration. Strong collaboration with Technical Architects, project teams, and implementation partners. Experience reviewing design/infrastructure blueprints and identifying potential issues and risks. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to provide thought leadership and support business process innovation workshops within the Public Sector/Energy & Utilities domain.
