We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions within the Energy & Utilities domain. This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on expertise across the full integration lifecycle from design and documentation to deployment and incident handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Architecture
    • Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
    • Define API-led connectivity architecture and integration patterns
    • Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders
  • Development & Implementation
    • Develop APIs and integrations connecting Salesforce, Powercloud, and SAP, Azure & AWS
    • Build, test, and deploy Mule applications using best practices
    • Implement data transformation, orchestration, and real-time/event-driven integrations
  • Documentation
    • Create and maintain detailed technical design documents, API specifications, and integration flows
    • Ensure proper documentation for maintainability and knowledge transfer
  • Deployment & Operations
    • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment across environments
    • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
  • Support & Incident Management
    • Handle production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
    • Provide L2/L3 support for integration-related incidents

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)
  • Proven hands-on expertise in:
    • API design (RAML/OpenAPI)
    • DataWeave transformations
    • REST/SOAP integrations
  • Experience integrating with:
    • Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)
    • Powercloud (utility billing systems)
    • SAP (IS-U / legacy billing systems preferred)
  • Solid understanding of Energy & Utilities business processes (metering, billing, customer management, etc.)
  • Experience in end-to-end integration lifecycle (design – development – deployment – support)
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Team player working with multiple vendors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect)
