We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions within the Energy & Utilities domain. This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on expertise across the full integration lifecycle from design and documentation to deployment and incident handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Define API-led connectivity architecture and integration patterns
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders
- Development & Implementation
- Develop APIs and integrations connecting Salesforce, Powercloud, and SAP, Azure & AWS
- Build, test, and deploy Mule applications using best practices
- Implement data transformation, orchestration, and real-time/event-driven integrations
- Documentation
- Create and maintain detailed technical design documents, API specifications, and integration flows
- Ensure proper documentation for maintainability and knowledge transfer
- Deployment & Operations
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment across environments
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Support & Incident Management
- Handle production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Provide L2/L3 support for integration-related incidents
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)
- Proven hands-on expertise in:
- API design (RAML/OpenAPI)
- DataWeave transformations
- REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience integrating with:
- Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)
- Powercloud (utility billing systems)
- SAP (IS-U / legacy billing systems preferred)
- Solid understanding of Energy & Utilities business processes (metering, billing, customer management, etc.)
- Experience in end-to-end integration lifecycle (design – development – deployment – support)
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Team player working with multiple vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect)
