We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Talent, Learn and HR Help Desk (All skills are mandatory) to lead the functional implementation for a large-scale organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for solution design, client engagement, implementation delivery, and mentoring consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead workshops, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
The role requires SC cleared OR NPPV3 OR SC eligible.
