Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to manage and deliver Oracle technology projects across the full project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and coordination across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Oracle technical teams, functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project governance, status reporting, RAID logs, and project documentation.
- Track project progress against agreed timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
- Manage communication between technical teams, business users, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
- Support change management and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.
- Ensure projects follow agreed delivery methodologies, processes, and governance standards.
- Manage multiple workstreams where required and ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, time, and budget.
- Support testing, deployment, transition, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Oracle Project Manager / Oracle Programme Manager / IT Project Manager.
- Strong experience managing Oracle-based projects or implementations.
- Good understanding of Oracle applications, platforms, or technologies.
- Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, governance, risk, issue, and dependency management skills. xgikmsk
