We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Release Engineer to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle of our native mobile applications for i OS and Android, along with supporting backend services.

This role bridges Product and Engineering, driving high-quality, reliable, and clearly communicated releases.

We need someone technically proficient, highly organised, and an exceptional communicator who can confidently coordinate complex release activities across engineering, product, operations, and QA teams.

The role supports production release activities that may occur outside normal business hours, so we look for someone flexible to occasionally start earlier or finish later, provide release support during critical deployment windows, and be available during agreed release windows to coordinate deployments and resolve release issues.

Success in this role is measured by predictable, on-time releases with minimal disruption, reduced release-related incidents and rollbacks, improved release cycle efficiency and automation, and high stakeholder satisfaction with communication and delivery.
