About the Company: The European School of Economics (ESE) is an International business school that offers a variety of short courses and British degree programs across its campuses in Madrid, Milan, Rome, Florence, and London. ESE is dedicated to providing a holistic education that combines rigorous academic training with practical, real-world experience.

FUNCTION OF THE JOB: The Engagement Officer is responsible for the welcoming and involvement at 360 degrees of first and foremost students, but also parents, college counselors and even partner companies. Where students are concerned this involves ensuring everything from visa and housing needs to social activities. They will work closely with the recruitment team, students, alumni and other staff members to ensure that all stakeholders are known on a first-name basis, followed and engaged and to ensure all processes meet ESE’s quality standards and objectives.
