Role Overview
People team based in London. We are building the next generation of Engineering, Data, and Product teams with AI at core. Partner directly with CTO, CPO, and senior leadership to build next generation of teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Hiring Partnership – work closely with VP and C-level stakeholders to translate business ambition into hiring priorities, challenging role scopes and leveling to ensure maximum impact.
- High-Stakes Search Leadership – personally lead complex searches for senior, staff, principal, lead, managers and build long-term nurtured pipelines in competitive markets.
- Talent Bar Raising – drive structured evaluation and calibration to help hiring managers make confident, well‐reasoned, data‐informed decisions.
- Building a Scalable Engine – continuously improve tools, workflows, and automation (leveraging Lever and other tech) to increase hiring velocity and visibility.
- Market Intelligence – provide insights to leadership on hiring market, identifying friction points and solving root causes to balance speed with talent density and diversity.
- Strategic Impact – act as trusted partner, refining org design and ensuring every hire strengthens long‐term organizational health.
About You
- Experience – 6+ years in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to Tech & Product environments.
- Seniority – experienced in leading senior and high‐stakes searches, comfortable partnering with C‐level leadership.
- Mindset – business‐minded and analytical; understand hiring is a primary growth lever.
- Traits – structured, grounded, sharp; high standards but low ego; energized by scale and complexity.
- Approach – see recruiting as measurable and predictable science, using data to drive transparency.
- Languages – fluent in English; fluency in French a plus.
Interview Process
- First interview with Claudia, Talent Acquisition Business Partner (45 minutes).
- Interview with Barbara (CHRO) and Myriam (Head of HR Tech & Product) (60 minutes).
- Collaboration deep‐dive with Elise (Future TA Director) and Alexandre (TA Business Partner Tech & Product).
- Final interview with Claire (CTO) at our London office to discuss long‐term vision.
