Partner with sales and account management teams to deliver high-impact, professional and winning bids and proposals for complex international requirements. Operating out of our London office as a core pillar of our global enablement strategy, you will own market requirements, coordinate complex B2B deals across global boundaries, and build out a scalable, AI-driven proposal architecture to directly drive international revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Bid Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end response process for international tenders (RFPs) from intake to submission, ensuring all technical, legal, and commercial questions are compelling, compliant, and accurately answered.
- Win Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with commercial opportunity/contract owners, sales, and account management teams to identify client priorities, define win themes, and coordinate cross-functional inputs from subject matter experts across the organization.
- Deal Scoring & Governance: Structure, implement, and drive the adoption of a formal deal scoring methodology. Prioritize deals with the highest potential value, strategic alignment, and win likelihood, and actively facilitate critical bid/no-bid discussions to optimize resource allocation.
- Global Content Architecture: Establish, curate, and maintain Malt’s international single source of truth RFP content library covering current GTM records, country-specific offers, rules of pursuit, legal, IT security, and data privacy practices.
- AI Adoption & Scaling: Drive the usage metrics, optimization, and team-wide adoption of our internal MaltyAI RFP assistant to scale content delivery and maximize response efficiency.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on RFP/proposal data, win/loss rates, core reasons for outcomes, and competitor movements to continuously improve international success rates.
- Content Excellence: Draft, edit, and review clear, professional, and high-impact content that powerfully sells the commercial value of Malt to enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect cross-functionally, facilitate collaboration, encourage creative problem-solving, and confidently navigate conflict across teams.
- Relevant experience (8–10 years): Proven track record in bid management, proposal development, or professional writing within a fast-paced complex B2B environment.
- Project Management & Detail: Superb project management skills with a proven ability to track milestones, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge Management: Skilled in constructing, organising, and maintaining comprehensive standardised content libraries to scale documentation globally.
- Native level in English: Mandatory, as you will handle international tenders and align with global teams.
- Writing Excellence: Strong writing, editing, and reviewing skills with high attention to detail.
