We’re looking for someone who walks into a room and makes people feel something. Someone who genuinely cares about every person who sits down with us, and has the energy, instinct and personality to show it every single shift without being asked. We can teach you our systems. We can’t teach you who you are. ABOUT US We’re an intimate 20-cover restaurant with a hidden bar. Our chefs prepare and serve food directly across the counter, making the food very much the show. Your role is everything around it: the welcome, the warmth, the atmosphere, and the moment someone walks through the door and immediately feels like they’re exactly where they’re supposed to be. We’re open every day for lunch and dinner. When the GM is in, they lead the floor. When they’re not, you do. This is a leadership role from day one. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Someone with an electric personality. Someone who remembers names. Someone who notices what a guest needs before they’ve had to ask. Someone who gets genuine joy from hospitality.
