Ref: 31 We are looking for Clinical Charge Nurses for a private Hospital in Kuwait for positions in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGY) IVF Labor & Delivery and Operating Theaters (OT). Applicants should have a Bachelors degree in Nursing at least 5 years of postgraduation experience and Middle East experience is preferred. Clinical Charge Midwife/Nurse Labor & Delivery (L&D) : Role : Oversees nursing/midwifery staff in the Labor & Delivery unit ensuring safe and effective care during childbirth managing complex cases and coordinating with obstetricians 2. Clinical Charge Nurse Coronary Care Unit (CCU) : Role : Supervises care in the CCU for patients with severe cardiac issues ensuring that nurses provide highquality critical care for heartrelated conditions. 3. Clinical Charge Nurse Intensive Care Unit (ICU) : Role : Manages nursing staff in the ICU caring for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and support often with lifethreatening conditions. 4. Clinical Charge Nurse Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) : Role : Responsible for overseeing nurses who provide specialized care for premature or critically ill newborns coordinating with pediatricians and ensuring adherence to protocols. 5. Clinical Charge Nurse Emergency Department (ED) : Role : Supervises emergency room nurses ensuring rapid and accurate triage treatment and management of acute and critical conditions. 6. Clinical Charge Nurse Inpatient Department (IPD) : Role : Manages nursing staff providing care to hospitalized patients in various departments ensuring effective coordination patient safety and discharge planning. Requirements 4year bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a senior or supervisory role such as charge nurse or nursing supervisor.
