EMBL-EBI's ENA team seeks a Software Developer to design, build and maintain software for data submission, processing and presentation services. You will work across the full stack, developing backend services, data pipelines and APIs, as well as web applications for ENA Browser and related tools.

You will collaborate with bioinformaticians and developers across EMBL-EBI and INSDC partners to deliver scalable, reliable software that supports FAIR data principles and long‑term access.
