EMBL-EBI’s ChEMBL team seeks a Scientist to curate bioactivity data, ensuring high-quality records for the ChEMBL database. You will collaborate with chemoinformatics and data teams to map literature data to proteins, cell-lines and other entities, and help integrate ChEMBL data across EMBL-EBI resources.
You will work with data depositors to format submissions, develop semi-automated quality checks, and contribute to publications.
