About The Role
Are you passionate about supply chain excellence and quality management? Join us as a Supply Chain Quality Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring on‑time, on‑quality deliveries for Airbus civil aircraft programmes. You\’ll be part of a collaborative team, reporting to the Head of POELA, and work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive continuous improvement and operational success.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of parts to customers and production sites.
- Partner with suppliers to support their development and enhance their capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements, working with cross‑functional teams (programme, engineering, customer services, buyers).
- Contribute to the \’voice of the supply chain\’ within multi‑functional teams.
- Tackle challenges in a dynamic, evolving environment, proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues.
- Gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing technologies and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in supply chain management (industry flexibility considered).
- Basic quality management experience is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and influence others.
- Problem‑solving mindset, with knowledge of methodologies such as 8D, 9S, Ishikawa, or 5 Whys.
- Project management skills and a willingness to learn.
- Curiosity, assertiveness, and a collaborative approach.
