Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday - Sunday (two days off per week)
Location: SW2 London
The overall purpose of this role is to support the Showroom team in a hands-on capacity with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability. This is a temporary position requiring flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional early mornings or late nights to support business needs. Candidates must hold a valid work visa if required. This is not a wholesale, retail, or desk-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of the Showroom management team to maintain the highest service and operational standards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the Showroom prior to market, including tidying displays, folding products, reorganizing storage areas, and moving samples.
- Ensure Showroom floor standards are immaculate at all times, including visual merchandising and product care (steaming, lint rolling, correct hangers).
- Maintain inventories and checklists for Showroom equipment and props on a weekly basis.
- Uphold back-of-house standards to ensure optimal product care.
- Deliver a warm and professional welcome to internal and external clients.
- Build product knowledge to identify items from different seasons and edits, and understand key looks of the season.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and logging seasonal deliveries, and placing items on the Showroom floor.
- Support organization of commercial and runway looks.
- Apply barcode labels to samples for tracking purposes.
- Prepare the Showroom floor for projects and meetings as needed.
- Create sample send-outs, log returns on Launchmetrics, and update Excel tracking documents.
- Prepare shipping invoices and assist with sending collections to other Showrooms.
- Locate, pack, and send collections to other departments and clear out previous seasons.
- Unpack returning products and ensure proper storage.
- Support the Wholesale team during market appointments, including quick turnaround for model dressing and product requests.
- Represent the brand professionally by adhering to grooming guidelines and wearing the provided uniform when required.
