We are a busy and quality-driven dental laboratory providing high-standard prosthetics and restorative solutions to clinicians. As our workflows continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of the lab and maintain excellent communication between technicians, dental practices and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing cases, including logging cases, updating digital case-tracking systems, and preparing job sheets.
  • Communicate professionally with dental practices regarding collections, queries, turnaround times and delivery updates.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries with a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Organise couriers and manage daily dispatch of completed work.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records for prescriptions, materials, and compliance documents.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and basic accounts administration (training provided if needed).
  • Support technicians with document preparation, scheduling, and general office tasks.
  • Help ensure the lab maintains Damas relevant documentation and GDC-aligned administrative practices.
  • Contribute to a positive, organised, and efficient working environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous admin or office experience (dental or medical sector experience a bonus but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise cases and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn dental lab software systems.
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling prescriptions and case information.
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technicians and couriers.
