We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join us in supporting our clients with exceptional service. As the Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for the purchasing of goods and services from our suppliers.
- Processing orders from our sales team to our suppliers.
- Using Sage as our core platform for processing.
- Managing our suppliers to ensure they meet our service expectations and building relationships to achieve great service and cost savings.
- Spotting trends in buying patterns to identify opportunities.
- Using our CRM to ensure the sales team has all necessary information for tracking and delivery.
- Evaluating daily back orders to improve lead times by coordinating with other suppliers.
- Managing goods returns according to the RMA process.
- Liaising with the tech team to ensure goods are built quickly and correctly for prompt delivery.
