European Aviation Limited is based in Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1LG and has operations in the UK and USA. We support airlines and other customers 24/7 worldwide. This is a full time, office-based position.
We require a full time enthusiastic determined individual to join our small highly motivated and very successful team at our office in Ledbury. The main role will be Sales Order Processing and in addition you will be providing clerical and administration duties as required to assist within the team
We are looking for someone who is
Reliable, trustworthy and have good time keeping and attendance.
Willing to learn new systems, some specific to the aviation industry.
Methodical, accurate, and a good working knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook to provide administration duties, to support a small busy team. Good verbal and written communication skills essential/confident telephone manner to develop ongoing working relationships with both external customers and other members of staff in all departments within the company.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure to fulfil specific deadlines when necessary.
You MUST have the following experience/qualifications;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with previous office clerical administration experience.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch each day)
Salary dependent upon experience ( please advise your expected salary when applying)
28 days per annum (increasing with length of service) including bank holidays
Written references will be taken – this must include previous employer where possible
