Shift Pattern : 7am to 7pm Four On Four Off - Opportunities across both Day and Night Shift

Location: Stevenage

Reports to: Shift Production manager

Whether you're an experienced Machine Setter, a recent graduate, an apprentice completing your programme, or someone looking to start a technical career in manufacturing, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Setting up, adjusting and optimising production machinery




• Leading and supporting team members within your area




• Troubleshooting equipment and production issues




• Completing product changeovers safely and efficiently




• Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams




• Driving safety, quality and performance standards




• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the factory

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn




• Strong problem-solving skills




• Attention to detail and commitment to quality




• Good communication and teamwork skills




• A practical, hands‑on approach




• Passion for engineering, manufacturing or food production

Experience We Value

• Manufacturing or food production experience




• Mechanical aptitude or engineering interest




• Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology or STEM qualifications




• Previous machine setting experience (advantageous but not essential)
