As HR Business Partner at our Plymouth site, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering our people agenda, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our People & Culture Strategy and wider business goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with local stakeholders to strengthen people capability, lead change initiatives, and create an outstanding employee experience. Reporting directly to the UK HR Director, you’ll also lead and develop the on-site HR Officer, fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR presence.
- Recruitment: Take charge of our in-house recruitment strategy, showcasing your expertise to attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent.
- Business Partnering: Provide pragmatic advice, guidance, and solutions to managers across all aspects of HR, including recruitment, absence management, employee relations, and performance.
- Change Leadership: Be an enabler of change, offering expertise in organisational design and business transformation, including restructuring and redundancy.
- Talent Development: Partner with leaders to ensure effective performance reviews, talent mapping, and the development of future leaders.
- Project Leadership: Lead and deliver HR projects to enhance the employee experience.
You’re a passionate HR professional with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive positive change. A strong HR generalist background with a passion for recruitment and EDI, you must demonstrate extensive experience across the employee lifecycle and have excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, demonstrable expertise in complex employee relations, and proficiency with HR systems and data.
