Are you passionate about HR and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Europe Snacks is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team at our Plymouth site.

As HR Business Partner at our Plymouth site, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering our people agenda, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our People & Culture Strategy and wider business goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with local stakeholders to strengthen people capability, lead change initiatives, and create an outstanding employee experience. Reporting directly to the UK HR Director, you’ll also lead and develop the on-site HR Officer, fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR presence.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruitment: Take charge of our in-house recruitment strategy, showcasing your expertise to attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent. You'll own the end-to-end process, ensuring we bring in the best and brightest to drive our success.
  • Business Partnering: Provide pragmatic advice, guidance, and solutions to managers across all aspects of HR, including recruitment, absence management, employee relations, and performance.
  • Change Leadership: Be an enabler of change, offering expertise in organisational design and business transformation, including restructuring and redundancy.
  • Talent Development: Partner with leaders to ensure effective performance reviews, talent mapping, and the development of future leaders.
  • Wellbeing/Engagement & EDI: You will be passionate about EDI, drive engagement initiatives and as the Wellbeing Champion for Park Royal, you will play a key role in promoting health and wellness across the site.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and deliver HR projects to enhance the employee experience.

About You

You’re a passionate HR professional with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive positive change. You’ll have:

  • Experience: A strong HR generalist background with a passion for recruitment and EDI, you must demonstrate extensive experience across the employee lifecycle and have excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, demonstrable expertise in complex employee relations, and proficiency with HR systems and data.
  • Qualities: Resilience, pace, adaptability, and the confidence to challenge the status quo while fostering collaboration.
