The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people agenda, aligning it with our People & Culture Strategy and business objectives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with your stakeholders to build people capability, champion change, and build an exceptional employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruitment: Take charge of our in-house recruitment strategy, showcasing your expertise to attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent. You\’ll own the end-to-end process, ensuring we bring in the best and brightest to drive our success.
  • Business Partnering: Provide pragmatic advice, guidance, and solutions to managers across all aspects of HR, including recruitment, absence management, employee relations, and performance.
  • Change Leadership: Be an enabler of change, offering expertise in organisational design and business transformation, including restructuring and redundancy.
  • Talent Development: Partner with leaders to ensure effective performance reviews, talent mapping, and the development of future leaders.
  • Wellbeing/Engagement & EDI: You will be passionate about EDI, drive engagement initiatives and as the Wellbeing Champion for Park Royal, you will play a key role in promoting health and wellness across the site.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and deliver HR projects to enhance the employee experience.

About You

You’re a passionate HR professional with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive positive change. You’ll have:

  • Experience: A strong HR generalist background with a passion for recruitment and EDI, you must demonstrate extensive experience across the employee lifecycle and have excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, demonstrable expertise in complex employee relations, and proficiency with HR systems and data.
  • Qualities: Resilience, pace, adaptability, and the confidence to challenge the status quo while fostering collaboration.
