The Role

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of Supply Chain? Join us at Europe Snacks Ltd as a Demand Planner - a key role where your analytical insight, strategic mindset, and collaborative energy will shape how we forecast, plan, and meet customer demand. Based in Park Royal and reporting to the Head of S&OP, you'll sit at the heart of our growth journey, helping us optimise resources and align supply with ambition.

What You’ll Do

  • Synchronise Demand & Supply: Integrate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and operational constraints to create demand plans that are both realistic and ambitious. You'll ensure our production schedules are geared up to meet commercial goals while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Shape and Lead the S&OP Process: Play a central role in our Sales & Operations Planning cycle, facilitating pre-S&OP meetings, preparing detailed forecast decks, highlighting risks, and proposing actionable scenarios to bridge capacity gaps or seize new opportunities.
  • Drive Strategic Forecasting: Use inputs from client forecasts, historical sales data, promotional calendars, and new product launches to build a layered forecast model across product families and time horizons. Segment seasonal, promotional, and base demand to sharpen accuracy.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide comprehensive analysis on forecast performance, production volumes, service levels, and capacity planning KPIs. Your insights will directly influence executive decisions and operational strategy.
  • Run Effective MPS Meetings: Keep production aligned with shifting demand by leading weekly Master Production Scheduling meetings. You'll flag material supply risks, recalibrate short-term forecasts based on real-time sales trends, and collaborate on agile scheduling solutions.
  • Champion Process Improvement: Look beyond the numbers to continuously improve planning tools, systems (ERP), and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll identify gaps, implement solutions, and help shape the evolution of our planning function.
  • Partner with Key Stakeholders: Be a trusted advisor across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. You’ll help interpret commercial signals into operational plans, while ensuring everyone stays aligned on shared goals and constraints.
  • Balance Risk and Opportunity: Surface risks in supply chain capacity early and work proactively to mitigate them. Equally, identify opportunities for efficiency and growth and help build the case for action.
