Regional Meetings Coordinator at the Asia Leaders Series

About Us

The Europe Asia Company is the Swiss-headquartered company behind the Asia Leaders Series – a private, invitation-only forum which facilitates dialogue between the owners and chairpersons of the largest companies in Europe and Asia. Our business is to convene pivotal meetings between leaders from both regions to foster meaningful dialogue on geopolitical, economic, and business-critical themes. This is a pivotal role within our growing, dynamic, high-performing team driving the series\’ expansion across Europe and Asia. The company is in a build-out phase.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves international travel, leading the coordination of the Asia Leaders Series Regional Meetings in London, Zurich, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Shanghai, with a view to doubling the number of cities within-which we operate over the course of the next 24 months.

a) Leading the coordination and delivery of high-stake meetings globally

b) Standardising event formats, logistics & processes across locations

c) Building relationships with venues, vendors, and local partners in each city

d) Managing budgets, contracts, and financial oversight for events

e) Working with tech team to implementing new automated workflows

f) Tracking projects, deadlines, and KPIs related to event delivery

g) Supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff to continually outperform

Required Skills & Character Traits

We are seeking a highly self-driven, detail-oriented, reliable professional who can further elevate our standards and continually outperform under pressure while handling a complex scope of international meetings.

a) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

b) Proven track record in high-level events in international markets

c) Strong experience in event logistics and delivery

d) Excellent team leadership and people management skills

e) Skilled in vendor, venue, and partner negotiations across jurisdictions

f) Highly organised with ability to design workflows for growth

g) Exceptional problem-solving in international contexts

h) Hunger to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment

i) Deeply committed to seeing Europe and Asia integrate economically

j) Bachelor\’s degree; Entrepreneurial background a strong advantage
