With operations spanning North America, Europe and APAC, they deliver AI-driven tools that enable customers to optimise product visibility, enhance merchandising, and drive performance across multiple digital channels.
In partnership with a leading private equity backer, the company is entering an exciting growth phase and now seeks an accomplished Managing Director, EMEA to lead regional operations, drive commercial excellence, and shape local strategy.
The Role
Reporting to global leadership, the Managing Director will oversee all EMEA activities including sales, customer success, marketing, and operations. This role carries full P&L ownership and the remit to align regional execution with global strategic objectives while continuing to build a strong, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the EMEA business to deliver sustainable growth and profit
- Build, mentor, and expand high-performing teams across multiple markets
- Align regional strategy, reporting, and governance with global business priorities
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through operational excellence
- Represent the brand with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders across the region
- Provide ongoing market insights to inform product strategy and commercial roadmaps
- Foster key partnerships and standardise operational processes across EMEA
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 15 years’ leadership experience within SaaS, ecommerce, or digital technology sectors
- Proven success owning regional P&L and scaling multi-country operations
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen combined with pragmatic execution capabilities
- Excellent understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, data analytics, and AI-led solutions
- Track record of improving customer outcomes through process improvement and innovation
- Confident communicator with executive-level gravitas and stakeholder influence
- Experienced in fast-growth, matrixed organisations with global collaboration
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
