- A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required

Main responsibilities
- The role of a Performance Manager is responsible for staff training, development, coaching and overall profitability of a high volume airport including:
- Lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver five star customer service.
- Work closely with the Station Manager to achieve incremental sales RPD targets.
- Maximise incremental sales through effective training, coaching and staff development.
- Manage staff performance, through documented reviews and corrective actions.
- Build an effective team through the promotion of a \’Serviced Based Sales\’ culture.
- Support the Company\’s culture of \’Continuous Improvement\’ through daily communication with staff through dedicated coaching and feedback sessions.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
- Ensure that the station consistently achieves KPIs.
