Vehicle Service Agent

Position: Vehicle Service Agent (Casual)

Location: Loganholme

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring high customer satisfaction standards are met.
2. Checking vehicles for roadworthiness, fluid levels, and tyre pressure.
3. Inspecting for chips on windscreens, panel damage, and general wear and tear.
4. Refuelling company vehicles as needed.
5. Driving vehicles between locations.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
2. Strong communication skills and customer interaction ability.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
5. Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean record.
6. Current Australian work rights.
