Rental Sales Agent

Europcar is seeking Rental Sales Agents

You will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is central to our operations. Your responsibilities include providing a world-class customer service experience and promoting our range of additional products and services to facilitate their onward journey. Our service-oriented sales approach also offers you the opportunity to earn significant commissions!

Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality rental services tailored to customer needs
• Recognizing and reporting potential business opportunities and competitor activities
• Selling company services and products to meet targets
• Handling telephone inquiries professionally
• Completing rental administration, vehicle documentation, and damage reports accurately
• Managing cash, vehicles, premises, and ensuring customer safety

Required skills and attributes:

• A valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Influencing skills and enthusiasm for sales, including responding positively to objections
• Effective time management and task completion
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized under pressure
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions
