Main duties:

  • Lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver five star customer service.
  • Work closely with the Station Manager to achieve incremental sales RPD targets.
  • Maximise incremental sales through effective training, coaching and staff development.
  • Manage staff performance, through documented reviews and corrective actions.
  • Build an effective team through the promotion of a ‘Serviced Based Sales’ culture.
  • Support the Company’s culture of ‘Continuous Improvement’ through daily communication with staff through dedicated coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Ensure that the station consistently achieves KPIs.

Key skills and attributes required:

  • A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
  • National travel and exposure across the UK will be required, with approximately 80% travel expected
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • A positive management style.
  • Ability to motivate and gain commitment from the team through leading by example.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking.
  • Ability to think about finding solutions rather than problems.

  • Proven track record of driving great sales.
