Role Summary
Manage all station activities to maximise revenue, including local ancillary sales, SME sales, and walk-in reservations across all brands. This also involves overseeing all operations based SME/B2B programs and managing the Revenue & Performance Coaches.

Main duties:
- Maintain and develop processes related to increasing revenue and sales performance
- Use performance tools and sales data to monitor counter sales activities and develop plans for improvement
- Generate weekly and monthly country reviews with results vs ly and vs target with corrective actions
- Setting and validation of monthly incentive target for all stations/counter agents
- Participate in the recruitment and development of Revenue & Performance Coaches, Station Manager and Counter Agents with the right sales skills
- Coordinate counter agents’ training programmes.
- Maximise the impact of the Revenue & Performance Coaches
- Develop and deliver training and incentive for Counter Sales Coaches
- Improve Sales Culture throughout Operations network
- Deliver counter sales training courses to staff at all levels - specifically “Maximising Your Impact”, “Putting it into Practice”, “Coaching through Leadership” as well as adhoc courses such as “Overcoming Objections”
- Deliver a hands-on approach to coaching and supporting the stations by visiting targeted locations.
- Directly coach staff at allocated locations.
- Launch and deliver station SME initiatives including target setting, programme design and delivery and any relevant training required
- Coordinate, motivate and drive Territory Managers and Airport Managers to ensure continuous improvement
- Design and delivery of new products in conjunction with Sales & Marketing and relevant Group functions
- Represent UK in all Group related station generated revenue initiatives
- Design and implement “Champions Programme” in conjunction with Group colleagues
- Review and monitor station performance both remotely and in a live station environment
- Design and delivery UK workshop and initiatives aimed at specific job types
Key skills and attributes required:
- A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
- People management skills
