You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service. You will be expected to handle fleet tasks, including managing transporter trucks and overseeing fleet operations while assisting with returns, which is essential for ensuring a seamless and efficient process. With the growing demands of fleet management and the need for timely vehicle movements, having a dedicated agent will help improve logistics, reduce delays, and enhance overall coordination. This role will not only improve operational efficiency but also contribute to better customer service by ensuring vehicles are available as needed and returns are processed smoothly. A well-managed fleet leads to increased reliability, minimised downtime, and a more professional service experience for customers, ultimately benefiting the business.

Main duties:
- Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.
- To be commercially aware and recognise and report on prospective business opportunities and competitor activity.
- Sell the company’s services and products to achieve targets.
- Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation as well as the reporting of damage.
- Work with the driving team delivering and collecting vehicles for our customers.
Key skills and attributes required:
- A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to influence others.
- Enthusiastic about selling and can respond positively to objections.
- Manages time effectively and completes tasks required.
- Ability to prioritise and remain organised when working under pressure.
