Europcar is looking for a Customer Service Returns Assistant to work at our Bristol Airport location. The role involves working in a fast‑paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world‑class customer‑facing service at every stage of the rental process, including assisting customers in car parks at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excellence in customer service and damage standards, achieving all KPIs.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid full clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and face‑to‑face interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including day, evening and weekend shifts.
  • Car rental/sales experience desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
