Responsibilities
- Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
- Ensure the continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of all KPIs in these areas.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
- Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
- Provide a world class customer facing service at every stage of the rental process.
- Assist customers at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience in our car parks.
Qualifications
- A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required.
- Excellent communication and face to face interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends.
- Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
