Overview of the Customer Service Assistant role at Manchester Airport, working as part of our vehicle returns team within Europcar. In a fast-paced environment, you will provide world-class customer-facing service at every stage of the rental process, including assisting customers in our car parks at the beginning and end of the Europcar experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Ensure continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of all KPIs in these areas.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
  • Provide a world-class customer-facing service at every stage of the rental process.
  • Assist customers in the car parks at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends; wide variety of shifts offered.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
