About the Role
We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to join our growing team and support the execution of our digital marketing campaigns and strategies. You will work closely with marketing managers and agency specialists to enhance the online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. Ideally you will be Midlands based and attend our branch in Birmingham at least twice a week. You will also be required to travel to Dartford and Corby on occasion so a UK driving license is a necessity.
Responsibilities
- Email Marketing
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Segment email lists and assist in creating personalised email content.
- Monitor email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Website Management
- Use our SEO tool, BrightEdge, conduct keyword research and assist in optimising website content for search engines.
- Update website content and ensure it remains up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Monitor website analytics and report on key performance metrics.
- Data Analysis
- Assist in collecting and analysing data from various digital marketing channels.
- Prepare reports and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Paid Advertising
- Collaborate with the marketing & comms team to create and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets and targeting as needed.
- Market Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- An experienced marketer with at least 3 years' experience in delivering marketing campaigns and creating content.
