A Key Account Manager to ensure top-notch performance and customer care for Corby Warehouse key accounts, meeting clients' needs on time and in full while balancing Europa Worldwide’s goals and profitability. Success in this role comes through close collaboration with site leadership and management, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operational teams to reduce costs, optimise service, and maximise profitability for both clients and Europa.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact, ensuring accurate pricing, modelling, and execution, while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Hold the operation and clients accountable for meeting Service Level Agreements and commitments.
- Prepare and lead monthly client meetings, presenting performance metrics, actions, and timelines.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to drive long-term success for Europa and its clients.
- Continuously seek personal and team development opportunities.
Strong understanding of pricing, modelling, and financial processes, with experience identifying upselling opportunities. In-depth knowledge of client industries, including market trends, operational dependencies, and financial landscapes. Experience working closely with warehouse operational teams to optimise service delivery, reduce costs, and increase profitability. Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives, holding teams accountable, and ensuring service levels are met. Ability to prepare and lead structured client meetings, presenting performance data, key metrics, and actionable outcomes. Experience in client management, operations, or commercial roles (3+ years preferred). Strong understanding of financial metrics, contract management, and service level agreements.
