Overview

Recruitment Specialist – Air Sea & Road Freight. This role is part of a national Road Account Manager sales team that is being expanded, offering a sales-driven and entrepreneurial individual the opportunity to build a personal mini-business and progress to a Senior Road Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain your customer base within your allocated area/location.
  • Source sales leads using the company’s in-house CMS or other sources of information.
  • Make outbound telesales calls to profile and qualify prospects, using knowledge of the Europa product portfolio.
  • Visit potential customers and prepare quotations for presentation.
  • Manage accounts to develop business with the aim of becoming the sole supplier where possible.
  • Maintain proactive contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.
