A Customer Service Administrator at our 3PL warehouse in Corby will play a vital role at the heart of our operation. This is an exciting opportunity to be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences, supporting key accounts and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll take ownership of delivering outstanding service while managing essential administrative tasks, becoming a trusted partner to both customers and colleagues.

What you will be doing:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while managing key account administration and keeping systems accurate and compliant (including HMRC procedures).
- Coordinate deliveries, approve orders, and proactively resolve stock issues with customers.
- Collaborate across teams (Goods In, Gatehouse, hauliers) to keep operations running smoothly and on time.
- Take ownership of invoicing accuracy, ensuring all costs and ad-hoc activities are captured for billing.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, following escalation processes where needed.
- Support stocktakes and step in across admin tasks during busy periods.
- Contribute to SOPs, drive efficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach and support colleagues, helping new team members thrive.
- Produce KPI reports and help the team hit key distribution deadlines, safely and efficiently.
