A Customer Service-Focused, Key Account Operator based in our Manchester branch, where you'll be at the forefront of building, managing, and nurturing the relationship with one of our most valued clients. This role is all about delivering excellence; you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Key Account customers, ensuring they receive top-tier customer service.
Up to £29,773 per annum depending on experience!

What you will be doing as a Customer Service Operator:
- You will be the first point of contact for all matters related to your Key Account customers, ensuring they always feel supported and valued.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to swiftly obtain and relay delivery status updates, keeping your Key Account customers informed and reassured.
- Provide timely and relevant updates to your Key Account customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails, building strong relationships and trust.
- Provide a variety of customised quotes to meet your customers’ evolving needs, helping them succeed while winning business for the company.
- A deep commitment to ensuring customers feel supported and valued, always putting their needs first.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Key Account customers.
- Organisational abilities to manage the entire customer service cycle efficiently and ability to solve problems quickly.
- Efficiently manage time to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with customer service databases.
