The role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dartford. You will partner with hiring managers to attract great people to our business and deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

What you will be doing:
- Partner with hiring managers to fully understand the roles you are recruiting for
- Create job adverts and manage job posting s across advertising platforms
- Review applications and conductinterviews
- Create shortlists of suitable candidates for hiring managers to review
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates
- Gather regular feedback from hiring managers and candidates
- Confirm job offers and create new joiner forms with the Talent Onboarding Coordinator
- Support, lead and deliver recruitment projects, as required
- Work in collaboration with the wider Talent Acquisition team
Our Ideal Person:
- Previous recruitment experience, in-house or agency (essential)
- Logistics or transport recruitment experience (preferred) within

- Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle, with proven success building strong relationships with hiring managers
- A track record of filling vacancies with both quality and speed
- A confident, personable approach that will be a perfect fit within the team
- A passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driven and proactive, using your own initiative
- Strong time management, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
