Europa Worldwide Group is an ambitious and independently owned logistics business. We operate across three divisions - Europa Road, Europa Air & Sea, and Europa Warehouse. Our continued success has earned us a place in The Sunday Times Top Track 250 for three consecutive years.
In this role, you will play a key role in managing services to and from Europe, acting as the primary point of contact for all associated overseas partners. You will be responsible for the smooth, efficient coordination of Europe controlled business generated by our internal commercial branches, as well as business managed by our international partners.
Flexible Hybrid Working: 3 days on site and 2 days from home, this will be a 4 week rolling rota, your days on site will change each week. Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

- Act as first point of contact for Europa branch network and overseas partners, escalating issues as required.
- Controlling the arrival of cargo into the hub ensuring the freight is available to be delivered on time.
- Arranging deliveries with customers (external and internal) and partners to agreed SLA.
- Research and understand financials of the service to find more profitable means to operate and making the optimum commercial decisions to reduce real cost.
- Planning of groupage departures.
Experience in an operational, customer service or support role within the logistics sector. Excellent at building relationships with internal and external customers.
