About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced marketing and communications professional to join our growing team and support the implementation of marketing strategies to promote Europa Worldwide Group's products, services, and brand. You will need at least 3 years of experience in delivering marketing campaigns and creating content. Ideally, you will be Midlands based and attend our branch in Birmingham at least twice a week. You will also be required to travel to Dartford and Corby on occasion, so a UK driving license is a necessity.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Group Divisions with PR, marketing, and social campaigns to promote our brands, products, services, and locations.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver an integrated approach to marketing campaigns to maximise impact.
  • Responsibility for deploying social media strategy across all key social networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & X.
  • Support the development and delivery of internal engagement campaigns, including employee onboarding communication, newsletters, SharePoint sites and company events.
  • Develop and maintain online content including websites across the Group.
  • Track the performance of marketing strategies implemented and come up with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

An experienced marketer with at least 3 years' experience in delivering marketing campaigns and creating content.

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of marketing practices, campaign management, social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Ability to produce engaging content, with a keen eye for detail and excellent copywriting skills.
  • A strong project manager who can ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Able to take the initiative in highlighting what marketing is required on an international, national, or local level.
  • Proactive, with great communication skills, highly organised with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to multitask.
