With 15 sales offices across the UK and Ireland and a growing international footprint in Europe, Hong Kong, China, India, and Dubai, we invest heavily in people, infrastructure and the future.

We are looking for an AI Transformation Manager who can take a business‑led approach to identifying, shaping and delivering AI and automation opportunities across Europa Worldwide Group. This pivotal role combines curiosity, commercial awareness and strong delivery skills to turn emerging technology into practical solutions that improve how our teams work every day.

Responsibilities

  • Own, shape and deliver Europa’s AI transformation roadmap, prioritising initiatives that support business objectives and create measurable operational value.
  • Work with leaders, departments and operational teams to identify opportunities where AI, automation and digital tools can improve efficiency, reduce manual activity and enhance ways of working.
  • Lead discovery sessions, process reviews and feasibility assessments to understand current challenges, define requirements and recommend practical AI‑led solutions.
  • Manage AI projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring clear milestones, stakeholder ownership, effective communication and successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Drive adoption across the business by creating clear training, guidance and engagement plans that help colleagues feel confident using AI tools in a safe and productive way.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate governance, controls and best practice around AI usage, data protection, security, responsible use and risk management.
  • Partner with internal teams, technology providers and external suppliers to evaluate tools, test new ideas and ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned to business needs.
  • Track, report and communicate the impact of AI initiatives, including efficiency gains, cost savings, service improvements and lessons learned for future transformation activity.

Ideal Candidate

  • A strong understanding of AI, automation and emerging digital technologies, with the ability to identify where they can deliver meaningful business improvement.
  • Hands‑on experience using modern AI tools, particularly Microsoft 365, Copilot and related technologies, with confidence in exploring new solutions and translating them into practical use cases.
  • Strong business analysis and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to review processes, understand pain points and recommend solutions that are realistic, efficient and commercially focused.
  • Proven experience delivering change, transformation or technology‑led projects, ideally within a fast‑paced, operational or multi‑site business environment.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, data security, compliance and responsible use, with the judgement to balance innovation with appropriate controls and risk management.
  • A confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels, simplify technical concepts and bring people on the journey through clear, practical and people‑focused communication.
  • Highly organised and outcome‑focused, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively and keep projects moving at pace.
  • A naturally curious, proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and helping teams work smarter.
  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing or a similar operational environment would be desirable, but not essential.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Free car parking and onsite canteen
  • 25 days of annual leave
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay
  • Access to a benefits portal with discounts, wellbeing resources and more
  • Employee wellbeing programme
  • Referral bonus
  • Excellent work‑life balance and positive culture
  • Recognition programs (charity 50‑50, long‑service awards)
