We are looking for experienced, creative, and results-oriented Quality Assurance Leads who drive decision-making based on metrics and continuously improve delivery efficiency without compromising on quality. You will be obsessed with quality and highly committed to building and leading high-performing QA teams working across a diverse technology landscape. Your expertise across multiple testing disciplines—creative, UI, mobile, automation, data, and non-functional—will enable you to design and propose comprehensive, end-to-end quality engineering solutions for clients. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities, helping shape testing strategies for complex digital programs. To keep pace with evolving trends and platforms, we are looking for someone who demonstrates a strong passion for innovation, modern test practices, and AI-augmented quality engineering. You will play a key role in transforming clients’ testing organizations and influencing the future of their digital ecosystems. You will be comfortable working within Agile/Scrum environments and eager to introduce new ways of working, modern automation approaches, and creative quality engineering practices. With strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, you will thrive in leading large, complex E2E systems and making pragmatic, data-driven decisions.

- Quality Engineering & Test Strategy
- Strong expertise across multiple test approaches including UI, mobile, automation, low-code platforms, and non-functional testing, enabling informed and value-driven quality decisions.
- Proven experience in defining and owning test strategies for complex end-to-end systems, including distributed, event-driven, and low-code architectures.
- Ability to evaluate and justify automation investment, defining scope inclusions/exclusions based on ROI, risk, platform constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Extensive experience in designing, building, and scaling test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong hands-on experience with UI automation using Playwright and WebDriver IO, leveraging TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with BDD automation using Cucumber, translating business requirements into maintainable automated test suites.
- Prior experience with Selenium WebDriver and legacy automation tools where relevant.
- Experience testing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) applications, including functional and regression testing of business workflows, UI validation, role-based access testing, and data integrity checks.
- Automation feasibility assessment and tooling strategy for Power Platform applications.
- Experience testing end-to-end business workflows and integrations.
- Hands-on experience validating Power Automate flows, including end-to-end testing of automated workflows and integrations, trigger validation, error handling, retries, and exception paths.
- Testing integrations between Power Apps, Dataverse, APIs, and external systems.
- Strong understanding of environment management, solution deployments, and governance within the Power Platform.
- Experience creating AI agents using LangChain to support intelligent test generation, analysis, and execution.
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI-enabled test solutions, including automated generation of Gherkin feature files and intelligent test case creation from requirements, user journeys, or application behaviour.
- Experience integrating AI-driven test outputs into existing automation and BDD frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Solid experience working in cloud environments, including testing cloud-native solutions.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience using Jenkins to integrate automation into delivery workflows.
- Exposure to testing low-code / no-code platforms within enterprise environments, with a focus on governance, maintainability, and risk management.
