Europa Search is hiring trainee consultants to build 360 recruitment desks focused on Europe (IT contract recruitment). What you’ll do:

  • Win new clients across Europe: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email, pitching, booking meetings
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across large European organisations
  • Source and qualify IT contractors across Europe (skills, availability, rate expectations)
  • Negotiate rates/terms and close deals
  • Hit daily activity targets and keep your pipeline/CRM organised
