What you'll be doing:
- Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates across your specialist market
- Winning new business and growing existing client accounts
- Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to placement
- Negotiating offers and delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience
- Running your own desk and managing your time to maximise success
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company goals
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, business development, account management, or another target-driven role
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by achieving results
- A commercial mindset with the drive to develop your career
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
