We're looking for a mid-level technical specialist to own Verisk product configuration and rulebook changes on behalf of our client (Insurance). This person will sit at the intersection of technical delivery and vendor management - working directly with Verisk in their consulting capacity to translate business requirements into implemented configuration changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product configuration changes within the Verisk platform, including rulebook updates, rating logic, and related parameters.
- Act as the primary client-side technical liaison with Verisk's consulting team, coordinating on change requests, testing, and sign-off.
- Interpret and implement rulebook changes accurately, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation of configuration changes, version history, and change rationale.
- Support UAT and post-implementation validation of configuration updates.
- Identify and escalate issues or risks arising from Verisk platform changes.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Verisk products (e.g. ISO/Verisk rating platforms, or similar) - ideally including direct exposure to rulebook or configuration management.
- Comfortable working in a vendor-managed model where Verisk provides guidance and you execute on the client side.
- Strong analytical mindset - able to read, interpret, and implement technical rulebook logic.
- Good communicator who can bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in insurance, P&C, or financial services preferred.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ISO circulars or state filing requirements.
- Experience working within structured change management or governance processes.
