Come and join our international team! We run fun and entertaining summer camps for our European students visiting the UK on language holidays. Are you creative, outgoing, fun? All these are characteristics of a Programme Organizer. It is your responsibility to provide a creative, active and fun-filled activity programme for all our students which you will implement together with the supervisors. Teamwork is an important part of your job and you should be prepared to deliver a high level of service. Ideally, you have already gained experience working with children and/or teens or you are highly motivated to gain experience in one of our centres. You like to manage a team and you have got good communication and language skills.
The Job: Students between the ages of 10 to 17 years travel to our centres (some University campuses/some private schools) in the UK and take part in lessons in the mornings and trips and activities in the afternoons and evenings. Most guests stay in residential accommodation on site, but some are with host families. The job of the Programme Organiser is to run a quality activity programme, organise the trips and guide the supervisors. This is a residential position; accommodation is offered on site and includes all meals.
Requirements:
- Full time availability from 22/06/2026 until 30/08/2026 (depending on the centre)
- Excellent English language skills, the ability to communicate in one or more additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in working with children and/or teenagers in the youth entertainment sector, sports, education or event management
- Professional experience in summer/holiday camps or similar structures preferred
- Good organisational and time-management skills, ability to work independently and under pressure
- Successfully complete our pre-season online training sessions as well as participation in the Destination Training in the Summer Centre
- Participation in Safeguarding training (provided by us)
- First Aid Certificate (8 hours, not older than 2 years).
- Police clearance or DBS certificate (not older than 1 year).
Safeguarding our young students is the most important priority for our school and as such no contracts will be awarded without full ID checks, references and appropriate police/DBS checks.
Remuneration: Contractors will receive 316 GBP or 363 Euros weekly to be invoiced in arrears. Travel expenses of up to 210 GBP or 230 Euros. Full-board accommodation is included for the summer season.
