Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer computer networks, systems software, and hardware.
• Set up new starters and conduct IT inductions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement network security measures and perform data backups.
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Syspro, SQL databases, and data integration.
• Assist with AI‑powered tools and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper‑V.
• Network security knowledge.
• Excellent problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

• Experience with Syspro, SQL, VB scripting, Power BI.
• Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms.
