Senior Implementation Consultant

* Project manage software implementations, from pre-sales to final delivery* Manage relationships with key stakeholders at clients* Work in conjunction with other members of the Professional Services and Client Services teams to deliver the full suite of Commcise products and services to clients* Work independently at times to coordinate and monitor delivery activities across multiple projects at once* Work with the Product Management Group on internal feature design, testing and sprint planning* Support clients in their ongoing usage of our software and help to define enhancement requirements* Providing product consulting support to Commcise Sales teams in the US and Europe* 7+ years of demonstrable experience of customer-facing implementation, consulting, or project management roles (software implementation a bonus)* A growth mindset – we’re looking for someone who embraces challenges, is persistent, adaptable and responds well to constructive feedback* Evidence of strong working relationships with client stakeholders of varying seniorities and disciplines (across Technology and Business focused functions)* Proficiency in SQL and Excel* Ability to produce high-quality material solution summary documents, considering client needs and required deliverables* Strong organisational ability to balance various, multi-week projects, anticipate problems and task manage others* Strong understanding of general project management / governance approaches* Well-organised, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise documentation in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Familiarity with Asset Management (not a pre-requisite); we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong delivery record and an ability to learn new concepts* Knowledge of SaaS technologies* Experience of workshop design / facilitation #J-18808-Ljbffr
