- 7+ years of demonstrable experience of customer-facing implementation, consulting, or project management roles (software implementation a bonus).
- A growth mindset – we’re looking for someone who embraces challenges, is persistent, adaptable and responds well to constructive feedback.
- Evidence of strong working relationships with client stakeholders of varying seniorities and disciplines (across Technology and Business focused functions).
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Ability to produce high-quality material solution summary documents, considering client needs and required deliverables.
- Strong organisational ability to balance various, multi-week projects, anticipate problems and task manage others.
- Strong understanding of general project management / governance approaches.
- Well-organised, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise documentation in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Asset Management (not a pre-requisite); we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong delivery record and an ability to learn new concepts.
- Knowledge of SaaS technologies.
- Experience of workshop design / facilitation.
